Tom will be sorely missed by all of us who attend the 5:45am cycle class at the Y. He was always cheerful, even at that hour of the morning, and brought smiles to our faces, especially when he decided to sing along with the instructor's tunes. Our sincerest sympathy to Judy and the rest of his family, who clearly loved him very much.

Just heard about Tommy from old friends in Charleston. Tommy and I grew up in same neighborhood. We were high school team mates and close friends. I had hoped to see him again and talk of old times. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Judy and family,
Tommy, Billy Sawyer and I grew up in Hanahan SC. We were the "big three" of local baseball. Billy pitching, me the catcher and Tommy, well, Tommy could play any position from first, second short stop or third base. Some games he played ALL of those positions. I'm sure Billy remembers those good old days. We will all miss Tommy, known to Billy and I as "Head" (it was known only to the three of us). God love you boy! We do.

To The Entire Family,
It is always hard when a member of the 'Hanahan Family' is lost. Tommy leaves all of us with many fond and funny memories. Although many years have passed since he was a part of my every day life, he was always a part of my life. He was certainly an integral part of the close family and ties that we will always have within the 'Hanahan Family'.

Judy and family,
I was very sad to hear of your loss. It is not always understood why things happen when they do. Just trust in God and He will let you know that things will be alright. Take care. If there is anything that I can do for you, do not hesitate to call upon me. Love to you and your family.

As a vendor working for the City of Baltimore, I had the pleasure through my company of working with Tom for the last six years. When attending his retirement party in January I was struck by his giving nature and all the kind words expressed. I had no idea at that time of his generosity and what his gave to the City of Baltimore. He was truly one of God's Angels. I can say that it was an honor to have known him. I send my thoughts and prayers to his wife, Judy and family. May God Bless each of you.

Tom became one of the outstanding people in my life beginning with the first day I met him. Initially, working together to make Baltimore City a better place to live, till he was taken from us, Tom and I exchanged personal experiences and events with each other. I, along with many others, will miss him!
I extend my sincerest condolences to Tom's family!
