Stella Margaret Cole CAMDEN, SC - A graveside memorial service to celebrate the life of Stella Margaret Cole, 90, of Camden, SC, will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 2pm on Saturday, October 21, 2017. Rev. Lonnie Watford will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, c/o Kershaw County Council on Aging, 906 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020. Stella died on Monday, October 16, 2017. She was born in Rock Hill, SC, the daughter of the late Otis Hovis and Flonnie Jane Rogers Hovis. Stella is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Platt of Charleston, Stephanie Gladden of Manning; granddaughters, Rhonda Woods (Danny), Marguerite Platt (Robin), Bethany Platt, and Ashley Silva (Doug), all of Goose Creek; and great-granddaughters, Isabel and Melody of Goose Creek. Stella was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Wilburn Robert Cole. Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
