Sara Beth Dorociak MT. PLEASANT - Sara Beth Dorociak, 31, of Mount Pleasant, SC, entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 7, 2023. Sara Beth's father, Dr. Jeffery J. Dorociak and his wife, Tammy, will receive friends in the J. Henry Stuhr Mount Pleasant Chapel this Thursday evening, September 14, 2023, from 6-8 pm. Sara Beth was born October 12,1991, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, daughter of Dr. Jeffery Joseph Dorociak and Sara Summerford Hargett. She was a gifted paralegal, hairstylist and sous chef whose talents took her across the country from California to New York City and New Orleans then back home to the Lowcountry. Sara Beth loved hiking the waterfalls of North Carolina with her twin sister, Whitney, and hanging out by the pool eating peanut butter sandwiches with her dad. Sara Beth was a kind, generous, soft-spoken soul who loved all animals, her friends and her whole family. She is survived by her mother, Sara Summerford Hargett (Eddie); her father, Dr. Jeffery Dorociak (Tammy); three sisters, Whitney (Bobby) Emrick, Maggie (John) Storie, and Emily Dorociak; step-siblings, Cordelia Reaves, Catherine Passage and William Jose, aunts and uncles. Sara Beth was preceded in death by her two brothers, Tallon Dorociak and Marshall Dorociak. Memorials can be made to The Magdalene House of Charleston and Darkness to Light Foundation.
