Sara Beth Dorociak CHARLESTON - Sara Beth Dorociak, 31, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 7, 2023. She was born on October 12, 1991 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, daughter of Sara Summerford Hargett. Her passions in life were cosmetology, fashion, and animals. She loved making people look and feel beautiful. After working in Charleston as a legal assistant for several years she transitioned to becoming a licensed cosmetologist. She worked many years in Charleston, New Orleans, and San Diego in both high end and high volume salons. She also did hair and make-up for the entire family for all occasions. No one could do it better. She had a truly unique beauty and style about her. So much so that she won first place in the Charleston Rockabillaque Pin-up Girl contest. She loved to connect with animals, and always had dogs as pets. She was the kindest, gentlest, and most forgiving person we knew. She only saw the good in people. She never held a grudge or had an unkind word to say about another person. She had a huge heart to go with her beautiful smile. We all love her dearly and will forever miss her. She is survived by her mother, Sarah Summerford Hargett (Eddie); her two sisters, Whitney Emrick (Bobby) and Maggie Storie (John); her step-brother, Cole Hargett; her nephews, Tallon Gatch and Mason Gatch, and her niece, Elizabeth Storie. Sara Beth was preceded in death by her two brothers, Tallon Dorociak and Marshall Dorociak. Sara Beth loved others fiercely and whimsically, full of depth and beautiful surprise.
