Mrs. Smalls is the devoted wife of Mr. Anthony Smalls; the daughter of the late Mr. Leroy Davis and Mrs. Lucille Davis; the mother of Ms. Krystal Smalls and Master Cameron Smalls; the grandmother of Khamaia Smalls; the sister of Mrs. Louise Scott, Mrs. Synovia Smalls (Arthur), Mrs. Audrey Hartwell (Fredrick), Mrs. Etta Walker (Nathan), Mr. William Leroy Davis (Katherine), Mr. Ray Stanley, and the late Mrs. Verdell Lockwood; the daughter-in-law of Mrs. Wilhemenia Smalls.
