Dear friends,
I happened to be thinking of your amazing family and saw with sadness of Bob's passing.
Needless to say his choice of wives, you boys and the grandchildren you gave him, speak volumes of the kind of family that surrounded him and of which I was so proud to be associated.
I am currently still coaching rowing, doing well and living in Annapolis, MD.
With fondness always,

Bob was a friend, colleague and mentor to myself and Bill Mazilly when we helped him computerize his visionary Pro-Fit-Share program at Fluor Daniel... I loved his leadership style and Enthusiasm is Contagious -Catch It motto... my success in business can be closely connected to what Bob encouraged me to learn... just learned of his passing!

I was a neighbor of the Hassolds when they first move to Greenville. The boys were young then and Ann and Bob were full of vigor and loved to canoe with their family. I had the pleasure of working with Ted in a telecommunications venture in the mid 80's. They are a wonderful family! Our thoughts and prayers are with them on the loss of Bob.

What an amazing person! I'm grateful to have had the privilege of knowing him. I will not forget his smile and the moments shared in France and in Greenville.

I was fortunate to work with Bob at Steel Heddle foe Number of years. He was a kind, positive and gentle man! He lived life to the fullest from all that was seen of him! My memory is that he loved the water and loved to sail!
Hopefully you are comforted by the fact that he lived with a purpose and was respected by many.
Peace to your family!

I was Bob's "egg lady". Since the very first day of Greenville's Saturday Market he (with his dog, Khaki) became a friend & was such a wonderful encouragement. Although we only knew Bob through those Saturday visits we knew he was a very special man with a huge smile & a sweet hug.

Oh Rob this scared me to death; you look so much like your dad. I am sorry he has gone to live with our Lord but thankful it is not you.. Sounds like a wonderful man but he would have to be to be YOUR dad. Prayers to you Kim and your extended family.
