During a stint with the Department of Defense, I received 3 Letters of Appreciation, and 1 Letter of Commendation from different activities within the Department as a result of the training I received from his activity. I recall a confidential conversation between he and I in his office before my letters. Our country needs more brave men as he was in this context of life. May God bless and protect the memories of all who knew him.
