Richard "Rich" Dudley Walker N. Charleston - Richard "Rich" Dudley Walker, 66, of N. Charleston, husband of Elizabeth Ann Noon-Walker and father of Savannah Stewart Walker, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Regency Hospital in Florence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock and Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 1 o'clock to 3 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 3 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. George's Episcopal Church, 9110 Dorchester Rd., Summerville, SC 29485. Rich was born on September 2, 1955 in Bartow, FL, son of the late Richard Kenneth and Virginia Penn Walker. He received his Bachelor's in Science from University of Florida. He enjoyed running track and cross country. He worked for Realty One Group Coastal as a Real Estate Agent. He helped start Back Pack Buddies with the United Way through St. Georges Episcopal Church and also served as a Vestry. Rich was a member of the Dorchester County GOP Executive Committee and a leader on their Fundraiser Committee. Survivors, in addition to his wife, Elizabeth, are: a special daughter, Savannah Stewart Walker of N. Charleston; two siblings: Penn Walker (Lisa) of Palm Coast, FL and Diane Goldman (Michael) of Norfolk, VA; and many nieces and nephews.
