Eventhough I was not able to be in Charleston to share in the homegoing celebration of "Becca", know that my thoughts and prayer are with each and everone of you.




May the Lord continue to bless and comfort you in your time of sorrow.

To the Ladson Family,

God has taken your mother home, but Becca lives in each one of you.Continue to lean on God and each other for strength. Remain the close knit family that you are!May God continue to bless you from this day on.

..And ye shall know them by thier fruits"...May these words of our Saviour and these (my) sentiments offer you peace during these hours in the shadow. "Becca" and my Mother "Mena" were dear friends when they both lived. My Mother lost both legs to diabetes and was confined during her last days. The two had a "friendship date" every Friday. Becca came without fail and became my Mother's legs for her, taking care of her household duties, and anything else my Mother desired. She refused to accept any pay and did these duties from the heart with a smile. She was God's hands and His feet for my Mother. She was the epitome of a true friend ("...who sticketh closer than a brother"). How wonderful it was to have her as a part of our extended family. We were priviledged to see love in action through her,and will miss her dearly. We know that now two old friends are back together again and heaven is full of laughter, because between the two of them...that's all they knew when they came together. Your Mother and loved one served God as she served others. May the peace of God comfort your hearts now and always

Rebecca had a delightful spirit; she was always full of energy, happy and singing! I loved hearing stories of Temus and Taylor and enjoyed meeting Mattie and other family members. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed. My sincere condolences to her family. Lynn Parker
