Rachel, I am very, very sad to hear about Ray. He was a dear friend to me and I always looked up to him. He and Mike taught me how to play golf. I still have the clubs that he gave me. My glasses broke once and he drove me around town the entire afternoon trying to find a place that would fix them. He was always there for his friends. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Rachel, Hal and I are in Chars. visiting, and I saw Ray's notice in the paper. I'm so sorry to hear about his death. Linda Sue was down visiting me a month or 2 ago, and we tried to call you, but were not sure we had the right phone number.
We never could get you. She said she thought you were living in N.C.
I was just so shocked when I saw Ray's notice. I don't know what to say. I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you, and would like to talk to you. Enclosed is my phone # and e-mail. Take care of yourself, and call me when you can.
Love ya,
Linda Hunter Morgan
