Peggy Allen Wilson JOHNS ISLAND - Peggy Gwendoline Allen Wilson, 80, of Johns Island, SC, wife of Rexford Wilson, entered into eternal rest Thursday, January 8, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 15, 2015 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Peggy was born July 23, 1934 in Newbury, England, daughter of the late William Allen. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved raising & caring for her family and loved watching the hummingbirds. She is survived by her spouse, Rexford Wilson; three sons, Terry Wilson, Michael Wilson, Rexford Allen Wilson, Jr; two daughters, Linda Wilson and Mary Hammet, all of Johns Island, SC; two brothers, Eric Allen and Ron Allen, both of England; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
