My deepest sympathy to the children and grandchildren of Peggy. She was indeed a beautiful and sweet lady. It was always a joy to talk with her. Mention of how she looked forward to spending summers at her family´s beach house reminded me of my teenage years when the Thompson family so generously shared the beach house with the young people at Blessed Sacrament which Father McCarthy arranged.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers..

Lorrie, Dolly, Regina, and Peggy, how saddened I was to read of your dear Mother's passing. She and I worked together for several years at the Medical University in Mr. Hagan's office. I recall meeting all of you (and your Daddy) at various times. In fact, the last time I saw you beautiful girls was at your Daddy's funeral. My husaband is recovering from surgery, so I was, sadly, unble to attend your Mother's services, though it would have been a blessing for me to have done so to say Goodbye to a dear friend and a sweet, lovely lady. It is wonerful that you have that beautiful photo of Peggy to look at and to have placed in the newspaper for us all to enjoy. She was stunning! I remember her best in her pretty "Citadel blue" dress that she wore for special occasions. Your Mother will be missed, but she will always be fondly remembered by all those of us who knew and loved sweet Peggy. May God comfort you all as you grieve her loss. Sincerely, Frances Via
