Paul Coulombe Obituary

Paul Wynn Coulombe MATAWAN, NJ - Paul Wynn Coulombe, aged 51, passed away on July 1, 2016. He was born in Matawan, NJ to Lionel "Lee" and Stella (Wynn) Coulombe and was the youngest of their four children. He was a 1983 graduate of St. John Vianney High School. He was a talented carpenter and mason and took pride creating beautiful spaces, especially for family and friends. Paul lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; he had a limitless capacity to love and forged deep relationships in his home town and adopted city of Charleston, SC. Left to honor Paul and remember his love are his daughters Melissa (Jeff) Rice and Patricia Cook and grandchildren William Cole Jr., Raegan Rice, Cameron Cook, Kendall Cook and Christopher Cook. Paul is also survived by brother Lionel "Lee" J. Coulombe and sister Mary Celia Coulombe (Carlos Amaiz) and many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and brother David. Paul will be remembered for his fierce loyalty, generosity of spirit, unfailing kindness and gentle nature. Oh how we shall miss the twinkle in his eye. A beautiful celebration of Paul's life was held on Saturday July 23rd, in Charleston, South Carolina, amongst his beloved friends and family.
