Patricia Fitzpatrick Wezwick Charleston - Patricia Fitzpatrick Wezwick, 61, of Charleston, South Carolina, died Monday, April 22, 2019. Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends following the service. Patricia was born May 9, 1957 in Rockville Centre, New York, daughter of the late Joseph Thomas Fitzpatrick and the late Kathleen Finnegan Fitzpatrick. She received her master's degree from Loyola University, Baltimore, Maryland and worked as a speech therapist. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Wezwick; three daughters, Jacqueline Wezwick Wilson (Steven), Johanna Wezwick (Anthony Harle), Colleen Wezwick (Cody Brecht); son, Joseph Thomas Wezwick; three sisters, Kathleen Fitzpatrick, Eileen England and Maureen Fitzpatrick; grandson, Theodore Oliver Wilson and niece, Kerry Weber.
