Pamela Willson
Charleston - Pamela G. Willson, 64, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Gary Willson and mother of Dean Willson, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 21, 2025. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 27, 2025 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
Pam was born June 25, 1961 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Gail Tucker McDowell and the late Roy Lee McDowell. Pam has worked as a Nurse for over 40 years, and was employed by the school district in her last years.
Pam was a member of St. Andrews Worship Center, where her late father was a deacon. Pam enjoyed spending time outdoors, including gardening, going to the beach, travelling, and sitting on the porch with her husband, Gary. She loved music and going to concerts with her sister, Tara. She was an adamant reader, loved shopping with her Mom, and was known for painting her beautiful nails. Most of all, Pam loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, son, and mother, she is survived by her sister, Tara Summersett, brother-in-law, Nelson Summersett, niece, Ashlyn Summersett, and nephew, Dylan Summersett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrews Family Worship Center.
