Mary Scott Obituary

SCOTT, Mary Miss Mary Jacqueline Scott, age 94, of Summerville SC died Wednesday February 1st 2006 at a local nursing home. She was born on March 7th 1911 in Yonge's Island, SC to James Edward Scott MD and Ella Seabrook Scott Miss Scott was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Memminger High School and the College of Charleston. She worked as a legal secretary at several noted Charleston law firms including 35 years at the Rittenberg, Seymour & Graham law firm. She was a member of the Ladies Benevolent Society, and volunteered at St Francis Hospital for many years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 4th 2006 at St Mary's Catholic Church, Hassel Street, Charleston SC The family is accepting flowers, or memorials may be made in Mary Scott's honor to St Mary's Catholic Church, Hassel Street Charleston SC or to the Presbyterian Home, 201 West 9th North Street, Summerville SC.
