Dear Family, I have fond memories of Mary Page whose daddy and mother were my great uncle and aunt. (Uncle Oeal was my great uncle and my dad worked for him after he came out of service in WWII (Sidney A. Creel). I was told that he (Uncle Oeal) was present at my birth in Hartford. Mary Page and my mother (Catherine Creel) were like two sisters and I recall going to their beach house near Panama City and having such fun. Perhaps because my mother died at 53, sadly, I have had few conversations with Mary Page as I grew into adulthood. The last time I remember seeing her was when I attended the burial of JI in Hartford. She was always such a sweet and caring person in my mind and in my formative years. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time as she has left this mortal state of life. I'm sure we will see her again in a state of grace in the afterlife that comes to all of us. God Bless you all. Though we have never met, I am thinking of you.
