Reverend Mary Jane "Jerry" Capers
MT. PLEASANT - The relatives and friends of Reverend Mary Jane "Jerry" Capers, and those of her children, Marvin Capers, Michael Capers (Sharon), Anthony Capers (Claudia), Laura Capers, and Lavonia Major, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her sister, Katherine Horry (Eugene), nieces and nephews, are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 1541 Hwy. 17 North, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Her final place of resting is the church cemetery. A viewing will be held at the funeral home this afternoon from 3-8 p.m.
