Mr. Belcher and Carol:

We are so saddened to hear about Mrs. Belcher's passing. We will always treasure the memories we have of living next to Mr. and Mrs. Belcher on Victoria. Know that we speak of those times often with Collin and Lydia and that the love persists though the miles may be many. May God's peace be with you during this time of sorrow.
