Pastor Walt and friends came each Monday to Mt. Pleasant Manor and brought joy to the residents there. My mother always loved to sing the old songs with his group. I think that his work here was done and God called him home to join his angels. I feel for his family's loss.

Margaret, Knowing both you and Walt has been a tremendous blessing in my life. You became family to me and I truly appreciate all your prayers on my behalf. I will miss my "brother" Walt but I know that he's where he longed to be. He will always remain in my heart and memory. You are also in my heart and please know that if there is anything I can do for you, all you have to do is call. Love, Helen

Ms. Margaret,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. We were so very sorry to hear of Pastor Walt's passing. This has really hit my Mother hard. We will miss his smiling face at Alex's, however, his memory will linger in our hearts forever. Hold on and cherish the memories of the times that you shared together and know that he is in a better place. Take care of yourself in the coming days and months and if there is anything that I can do please do not hesitate to call me. God Bless you and the entire family.

To Margaret and family,
Marion was always a part of my life. Even though we did not get to spend very much time together I knew that if I needed something or someone Marion would do everything possible. I have known Marion all of my life. The one thing he always did was bring bring a smile and laughter when we did see each other. He was a trusted friend.
He will always hold a very dear spot our my hearts. Marion will truly be missed. We hold on to the hope of Jesus Christ. We will see each other again.

Not only did we lose our pastor, we lost someone who we loved like family. There are no words to express how deeply we feel for Margaret and the family. Our sorrow is deep so we cannot even fathom what they are feeling. All we can do is pray and ask God to give everyone the strength to move forward and apply what we learned from Pastor Walt to our own lives. We know that we will one day be reunited in Heaven with him. We can see him in Heaven right now with that big, beautiful grin of his running around telling jokes and making every single one of them feel like he made us feel here on earth. If you did not know him, you really lost out. He had an individual relationship with every person he met and he loved us all. You could talk to him about anything and he always made you feel like you were all that mattered to him... We will miss him so very much and our memories of him will keep him alive and with us. God be with everyone that knew him. Margaret, you know we will always be here for you any time day or night. We love you.

i don't know what to say, miss margaret, we have all been through so many trials since your and my family first crossed paths.
you did not live next door for very long before i came a-pokin-around.
i found in your family to be true friends; you welcomed me in and i always felt safe and welcome in your home.
you and walt trusted my mother to babysit tracy, and i truely felt like we had a sense of family.
mr. walt was not just my neighbor, he was a kind and dear friend to me while i was growning up.
i rember sitting on the carport singing and listening to him play the guitar in the summertime after a hard day of him trying to restore that old mustang.
i also remeber many year later, the kind face he showed to me and my father after the death of my mother, and again he was there for my family when my grandmother died.
i will miss him forever,
on behalf of my father, bob, and my wife, rosa, i just want to let you know;
he was and you are truely part of our family.
you are in our thoughts, and please let us be there for you. you will never be alone,
love ,

To Margaret and family,
My prayers are with you and your family. Pastor Walt was such a good person, always wearing a smile on his face. Pastor Walt was surely a man of God(one of God's children). He did a great job (but he would not call it a job, but the works for the Lord) at Our Father's House Church. Pastor Walt will be missed by so many friends and family. May God be with you Margaret as you go forward, continuing to do God's work as Walt and God would have you do. God called two great men home to be with him in Heaven, Pastor Walt and my Uncle Lonnie on the same day.I know they are both having a great time. Love you.

James and I met Pastor Walt and Margaret in 2006 and we took to them immediately. They always made us feel welcome and so special. In Sept of that year, he married James and I and it was wonderful! His smile was infectious and the attention he gave to each and every one in his parrish made them feel as if they were the only one that mattered. Walt, you will be truely missed and were loved by all that knew you. May you rejoice in heaven and continue to look over us and guide us.

To the Inmon Family,
It was with a great sense of loss when we heard of Pastor Walt’s death.
We wanted to let you know that you have our greatest sympathy, and our hearts are truly saddened.
Pastor Walt was more than just a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity.
And, we know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him. We know that he is with our Father in Heaven and sitting with Jesus going over his duties there as he has completed his duties here.
Pastor Walt will always remain within our hearts, and we have included Pastor Walt and Margaret in our daily prayers. May God give you the strength to continue on doing his work.
If there is anything that we can do to help you in anyway, please do not hesitate to call us at anytime.
“Fair Winds and Following Sea’s” Pastor Walt, we will see you when come home to our Heavenly Home.
Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.
With our deepest sympathy,
John, Sue, Jessi Snodgrass and Jonathan Chaffin, Jayden L. DeVito and Family
