Despite her many losses, Marion was always strong and resilient. She made a
match between me and my husband, Rabbi Robert Seigel. I appreciate the beautiful updated courtyard at Temple and think of her every time I walk through it.

I met Marion Goodman working on King Street. Such fond memories of walking through the door of her shop. Always the lady, kind and helpful with a bit of wit.

I met Marion working as a care giver at the assisted living facility where she resided. I remember her cheerful smile and the conversations we shared about motherhood. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will miss you always.

I knew Marion through the Charleston Bridge Club. She was always upbeat and had a smile on her face all the time. She loved bridge and I´d chat with her on Tuesdays before the game started. Our Club will miss her terribly and behalf of all our members, we send are deepest sympathy to her family. Marion had a good, long life and you must be so proud of her. May she rest in eternal peace.

Always a pleasure being with Marion. She was vivacious and thoughtful, full of grace with a flair for making everyone feel good. The Goodstein-Goodman-Banov families go way back. I held on to Marion's sweet note to Daddy shortly after our mothers died--mine in March; yours in May, 2002.
It was good seeing Marion at Ashley Hall reunions. A nice coincidence is Marion met our Jersey cousin at NY buying trips as they both had stationery shops.
I'll miss Marion's cheerful and sunny outlook. What a beautiful person whose friendship our family enjoyed.

Marion introduced my husband, Rabbi Robert Seigel, and me, and on every anniversary for 38 years, we credited Marion with our good fortune. Recently, I called Marion to tell her how beautiful the new courtyard renovations were, and sent her a few photos. She was so appreciative. She looked at her cup as half full, despite her many losses. Her voice was always upbeat no matter the circumstance. She will be missed by all those that knew her and loved her.

Marion and Ken were always so kind to my family. I last saw them and Mrs Goodstein at our home for Mrs. G's birthday. May she rest in peace.
