Marilyn Morgan Obituary

Marilyn Morgan JOHNS ISLAND - Marilyn Morgan, 73, of Johns Island, SC and formerly of Toledo, IL passed away on December 17, 2016 in Mt. Zion, IL. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo. Visitation will be on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Janesville Cemetery. Marilyn was born on February 14, 1943 in Jewett, Illinois, the daughter of Roy and Myrtle (Bennett) Starwalt. She married Steven Mac Morgan on June 4, 1961. He survives along with sons Greg (Robyn) Morgan or Johnstown and Mitch Morgan of Mt. Zion; brothers Ervin Starwalt of Toledo, Kenneth (Wanda) Starwalt of Gila; twin sister Carolyn Burrell of Mattoon; grandchildren Samantha (Marcus) Adams, Taylee (Skylar) Eldridge, Becky (Jeff) Sims, Danaille (Tony) Huffman, Jordan Morgan, Logan Morgan, Henry Morgan, Merle Ann Morgan; great grandchildren Hailey & Braylon Adams, Dylan Morgan, Jimmie Harlan, Jake & Kyndal Duvall, Asher & Addax Eldridge, Allie, Henley & Madilyn Scott Huffman. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Scott Morgan, great grandson Connor Huffman, sisters Thelma Gooch, Virginia Marriweather, brothers Harold, Charles & Darrell Starwalt. Marilyn worked as a painter in the construction industry. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, International Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
