Dearest Grandmother, there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. I do my best to embody the attributes you demonstrated. I love you dearly and pray that you and my mother continue to rest in eternal paradise. In the interim, we will continue to revere you, learn from you, and cherish our memories. From my/our heart to yours with love!

After reading the entries from all of you my sister and i can only say our hearts are full with joy because our mom's life has truly touched many, that's the kind of person she is, because she still lives in us,Oh mama how we miss you, please continue to pray for us as we walk through this new transition.

To Margaret's Family, We were newcomers to Charleston 3 years ago. Margaret was our neighbor and friend. She reached out to us to make us welcome and always gave a warm and loving greeting. She will be deeply missed but always remembered as a magnificent lady.

It is with deep sadness to learn of the loss of your Mother. You have my deepest sympathy. I am sorry that I was not able to be there for the homegoing services. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers as you go through this difficult time in your lives.Your Mother has transitioned from this earthly home to her heavenly home with our Savior, Jesus Christ. God will strengthen and protect you all as you continue to grieve your Mother's transition. God Bless You.

We will turly miss ms. deas she was a good friend of us. we meet always almost every week on rivers ave spend a long time together. when god is ready there is nothing we can do until we meet later down the line. To my family, We are truly in mourning, as another one of our family members has left us. Who knew she would follow cousin Jeanette so closely. However, we know to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. Thank God for our Christian backround, because even though we will miss her dearly, we know she's in a better place. Personally, I know my mother(Martha Rhodes) will miss seeing her during their shopping bouts in Belks as well as at the family and church gatherings. Take your rest cousin Margaret Servant well done! I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to the funeral, but rest assure I'm with my family in spirit.

Miss Margaret, as we knew her around the Lake,was a lovely, gracious lady. She always had a smile, a wave and a cheery hello. Many mornings she was the first person I spoke to. She will greatly missed.

So sorry to hear about your mother's death. I know personally what a devastation, or in some cases are a blessing. God and Heaven are such a wonderful, happy, and glorious place to be, until I know your Mother's soul is singing praises and forever happy at this very minute. I have very fond memories of Mrs. Deas, I met her when she lived on Chapel St. She was always pleasant and greeted you with a smile and kind words. Please take comfort in knowing that she is at peace!!!

I met Mrs. Margaret while walking Colonial Lake, she was a beautiful person who always had and encouraging word to say. When she greeted you she would always greet you with a hug. You will be missed Mrs. Margaret.

Karen and Julie it hurt me so to hear that your mother has left us. The last time I spent with her was at the family reunion picnic we sat at the same table. I'm gonna miss when we see each other in the different stores and she would say,"hi cuz how is the family? I know its hard to digest but look to hills from where your help comes from; God will carry you through.

Karen so sorry to learn of your mother's death. My condolenses to you and to the rest of your family.

Margaret became my friend many years ago as we walked Colonial Lake together in the early morning hours. I saw her Tuesday morning when she brought me a little surprise to share with my visiting family. She knew that I did not see my mother and sister very often and wanted to give us a treat. That is how Margaret was. I cannot begin to express my sorrow in the loss of this great woman. She warmed my heart daily and will truly be missed. There were many tears at Colonial Lake as people realized that this was our Margaret.

Rose You and your family will be in my prayer time. You have my deepest sympathy.God's grace is sufficient for you, for His strength is made perfect in weakness. Lean on Him for all your strength, God will carry you through.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
