Louise Adele Burt Santee, SC - Louise Adele Burt, 71, died December 29, 2020 at her home in Santee, SC. Adele was born on December 6, 1949 in Harleyville, SC, a daughter of Mary Estelle Knight Harbeson Day and John Harbeson. She married Ralph Eugene Burt, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Cristina Thompson, son, Michael Burt, and son, John Burt. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother, Johnny (Cindy) Harbeson, and is survived by her sister, Carolyn (Wayne) Knight of North Charleston. She is survived by her large extended family: Marie Weathers, Frances Artis, Dot Smith, Catherine Reeves, and Wallace (Dicksie) Knight. Adele had 5 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was blessed in life with many close family members: Judith Cotney, Sue Randles, and Holice Boswell. She was surrounded by the love and support of her family and friends. The family would like to thank Grove Park Hospice. There will be a private interment.
