He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James and Mrs. Margaret Kelly. The relatives and friends of Mr. Leroy Kelly are invited to attend his Memorial Services on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 1:00 pm in the Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel 4129 Hwy. 17 North Awendaw, SC. Mr. Kelly is survive by his wife Mrs. Diane Kelly. His Children Mr. Leroy Kelly, Jr., Mr. Dexter Kelly, Mr. Curtis Kelly, Mr. Aaron Kelly and Ms. Patrice Kelly. His sisters and brother Mrs. Rosa Lee White and husband Leander, Mrs. Shirley Whitmore and husband Corneiluse, Mrs. Betsy Manigault and husband Robert, Ms. Junita Kelly, Mrs. Sandra Ruben and Mr. John Kelly.
