Lee Buckley Obituary

Lee W. Buckley CHARLESTON - Lee W. Buckley of Charleston, South Carolina died Friday, December 9, 2011. She was born on August 25, 1925 in Nappanee, Indiana where she lived prior to attending the University of Michigan School of Nursing. While in nursing school, she met her husband of 58 years, Edward D. Buckley, of Charleston, who was attending the School of Law. The couple lived together in Charleston from 1948 until her husband's death in 2006. She worked as an administrative assistant to many local area businessmen and charitable organizations. Mrs. Buckley is survived by one son, Edward D. Buckley, Jr.; two grandsons, Edward D. Buckley, III and Justin W. Buckley; and one brother, Kenneth J. Walters of Nappanee, Indiana.
