Kenneth Folk Obituary

FOLK, Kenneth EHRHARDT - Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Gerald Folk, 53, of 1308 Colston Road died Monday from injuries received in an automobile accident. Mr. Folk was born July 11, 1952, in Colleton County and was a son of William P. Folk, Sr., and Ellen Hughes Folk. He was a former auto mechanic and driver for B & H Auto of Barnwell. He was a former member of the Bamberg Unit of the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Ashton Baptist Church and attended Word of Life Church in Bamberg. He loved to take scenic rides through the countryside. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, May 5, in the Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel of the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ehrhardt Cemetery. Surviving in addition to his parents of Ehrhardt are: his companions, Barbara Smith, his children, Kenneth D. "Bubba" (Brandy) Folk, William Adam (Tonia) Folk, Dustin Ryan Folk all of Ehrhardt and Margaret Rita (Mike) Miller of Columbia, step-daughter, Danielle Smith of Blackville, brothers, Billy (Gloria) Folk, Jr., and Ricky (Jeanie) Folk both of Ehrhardt, sister, Dianne (Ronald) Mock of Ehrhardt, five grandchildren and six step-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel of the Brice W.
