I am so sorry to learn of Katelynn's death. I was so blessed to be able to meet her and Kendal, and Kim, and Diane at the MLD Conference in Durham. I pray for strength for each of you during this time, and I pray that you would be able to envision Katelynn, now MLD-free, running and playing in heaven. God bless the Lasby families. ♥

What an "ANGEL" !

Katelynn graced us all with her beauty; but more importantly, she showed us what it meant to go against the odds. Man said Katelynn would not live ten years-God said otherwise. Katelynn listened to God and as a result, our lives were blessed. We encountered a peice of Heaven right here on earth. Our lives were forever changed by this experience. So Katelynn, take your wings and fly back to your Heavenly home. Thank you Katelynn, we were truly touched by an Angel. Thank you God, for having lent her to us for this time.

Although I didn't have the priviledge of getting to know Katelynn personally, I was touched by her beautiful short life through Shane, her loving father.
I have a very heavy heart for him as he struggles with the unimaginable loss of his precious daughter. I pray that God will touch him with the peace that he will see her again on the other side where they will both be happy together again in His comforting arms. Love and prayers, Beth
