June Pierson
PIERSON, June June Dale Craven Pierson, 53, of Ladson, SC, a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother died on the evening of October 31, 2007 at a hospital in Charleston, SC. She was born on January 3, 1954 in Estill, SC a daughter of the late Jacob Craven and her mother, Alberta Roberts Craven Fillers, who survives her. June is survived by her husband of 32 years, Allen Pierson; children: John & Kelly Radcliff, Alberta & Shonnie Abernathy and Allen & Maria Pierson; her mother and step-father, Alberta & William Fillers; brothers and sisters: Glenda & Rickey Mixon, Nancy & James Edwards, Brenda & Larry Jackson, Ricky & Joanne Huff, Ronnie & Jeannie Huff and Charlene & Kyle Preston; ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, her father and one grandson. The family will receive friends Friday, November 2, 2007, between six and eight o'clock at J. HENRY STUHR INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 3, 2007 at two o'clock at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel. Interment to follow at Carolina Memorial Park. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston.
