Judith Swindell Obituary

We will truly miss Judi. She was a very kind person. She took care of us and my family at Pack Rat for years. We offer our deep sympathy to her family.

I am so sorry for the loss of Judy. I will always remember her the way she looked in that senior picture and remember her laugh which was so often. She is a pleasant memory for me. I am in prayer for all her family at this sad time. God bless you all.

I remember my cousin as a help when I so desperately needed guidance. She helped me become a cheerleader. She took me to Pawley's Island. She took me to Georgetown for my first two-pieced bathing suit( my mom made me swear to get a one piece). Judy , Gloria, and I made apples with melted cheese in the playhouse out back. When I ran away from home, she let me stay with her at Winthrop and brought me back home. I don't think she even knew what a big influence she was on my life.

My mom worked with Judi for 10 years. Judi was like a second grandma to my youngest daughter,Erin. Erin would spend weeks during the summer at Pack Rat with my mom and Judi helping with whatever they needed done. Judi played a big role in all my nieces and nephews lives. She was always kind and never treated them like they weren't family. My condolences to her family.
