Juanita Strange Obituary

Juanita Lou Thurman Strange FARRVILLE, IN - Juanita Lou Thurman Strange passed away 03/29/2023. Born 05/31/1930 in Farrville, IN. Juanita was married in 1956 to her husband and was a homemaker when her boys were young and held a variety of jobs as they got older. She worked as a hostess, a bank teller, a clerk at Huntington County Assessor's office before owning a Furniture Store in Roanoke, IN. The family returned to south Florida in 1974 where she worked at Dandee Bread. At one time she also cleaned houses in Palm Beach, FL. The family moved to Tallahassee, FL, in 1978. After her boys were grown, Juanita moved to Goose Creek, SC, in 1999. She attended Northwoods church and Miles Road Baptist church. Juanita was preceded in death by former husband, James L. Strange, and is survived by her four sons: James Brent (Alecia) Strange of Homosassa, FL, David (Christine) Strange of Moncks Corner, SC, Paul (Brenda) Strange of Summerville, SC, Mark (Lee Anne) Strange of Sault Ste Marie, MI, Six grandchildren and eight (plus 1 on the way) great-grandchildren.
