What I'll always remember about Joe is that he was genuinely a nice guy who always had a smile for you. I didn't see him often and I'll really miss him.

Joe was a love. He seemed to live his life to give, and care for others. He cared deeply for his wife, his son and his daughters and he was a friend to me.

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We worked for a year on a joint project for Medicare in 1985. A wonderful man that was a joy to be around. My prayers are with the family in this difficult time.
