John Webb Obituary

John Andrew Webb N. CHARLESTON - John "Andrew" Webb, of North Charleston, was welcomed into heaven on June 7, 2024. He was born to Brenda Gonnella and Marvin Webb on November 17, 1988 in Charleston, SC. Andrew was full of joy and laughter, a man who embraced life with zeal. He was an avid outdoorsman; his love for hunting, fishing, boating, and golf was only matched by his passion for video games. He was a jokester who could light up any room and bring smiles to all faces. Andrew was a devoted family man, whose love for his wife, Leigh Anne and daughter, Jade, knew no bounds. His generous spirit led him to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, embodying the true essence of friendship and caring. He graduated from Fort Dorchester High School and was employed at Dominion Power as a Customer Project Designer. Predeceased by his grandfather, Curtis Weeks and grandparents, Marvin and Bessie Webb, Andrew's legacy is carried on by his loving family: his wife, Leigh Anne, daughter, Jade, mother, Brenda Gonnella, stepfather, James Gonnella, father, Marvin (Missy) Webb, brother, Matthew (Koren) Webb, nephews, James Webb and Emrys Lindsey, sister, Michaela Gonnella, and grandmother, Nancy Weeks. Andrew's memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those he touched, and his spirit will continue to inspire kindness and joy in the community he loved so dearly. A Celebration of Life service will be held for Andrew on Friday, June 14th, 11am, at St. Paul's Anglican Church at 316 West Carolina Ave., Summerville, SC. Dear Andrew, may you fly high in the glorious sky above. You were so funny and the memories I have of you with your beloved wife leigh, you two would laugh and smile with such a shine your your eyes. Seeing you and your family on your wedding day was so magical, the smile you gave you wife, the tears of joy you showed to her. The love for jade was beautiful. Halloween was so much with you your wife and jade, so much fun and joy throughout! The laughs, the jokes, they joy seemed endless. Tho you are no longer here we will all forever hold you dear to our hearts as your memories live through us forever. Fly high, sore, and spread those wings so you may shine down and help guide and protect your loved ones who still reach for you. Goodbye Andrew. You will forever be missed. I am so sorry this has happened. I am so sorry for the loss.

I knew Andrew threw Allen Rogers and would like to consider myself a friend of Andrews. My greatest memory of Andrew is on a paint job that was three stories in the air and I needed help so I called Allen and of course Allen called Andrew Andrew was the type person to never let a friend down, so he came out on that job and on the way up the ladder he kept saying I´m not gonna look down and he started painting and I remember that day was windy and he just kept making jokes because he was really scared ,three stories in the air on that ladder, but he kept us laughing it was a really good day. Andrew will be missed by the whole world. He was the most caring, loving person I´ll ever know.
