John Thomas Heuton CHARLESTON - John Thomas Heuton died unexpectedly in Charleston, SC on Monday September 18, 2017 at the age of 71. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Robert Heuton who died January 1, 2017. John Heuton was born in Iowa on December 30, 1945 to Robert and Margaret Heuton. He graduated from Parkview High School in Springfield, MO. He is a military veteran having served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. He spent his life in the wine business importing and selling domestic and foreign wines. His passion for the subject was known to all of his friends and family. He is survived by his brother's wife Judy Heuton of Grand Junction, CO, as well as three nephews; Paul Heuton of Montevallo, AL; John Heuton of Broomfield, CO; and Mark Heuton of Mount Vernon, Iowa as well as a niece; Anne Eiden of Denver, CO. A service will be held in Carrol, Iowa at a future date when he and his brother will be interred. All are welcome to attend.
