John Bazakas Obituary

John Nick Bazakas SUMMERVILLE - John Nick Bazakas, 89, of Summerville, died on Monday, January 12, 2015, at Hallmark Health Care Center. Born Monday, November 9, 1925 in North Charleston, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Nicholas Bazakas and the late Pearl Burbage Bazakas. Surviving are sisters, Ethel Kambas Anderson of Charleston and Koula Malanos of Mt. Pleasant; nephews, Larry E. Kambas and Dr. George E. Malanos; nieces, Despina M. Brewer, Nitsa Kambas Smythe and Lindsey Malanos and several great nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by PALMETTO CREMATION SOCIETY, 11 Cunnington Ave., Charleston, SC 29405, (843) 722-2555. Mr.Johnny will always have a special place in my heart, what a special person he always was a pleasure to have around , and he loved showing off one of his many talents of his art work, and not to mention his tans he always had : ) what a wonderful man Johnny will always have a special place in my heart he will be missed.
