Jim and Kaethe were two of our dearest friends throughout our Marine Corps career and duty at the Naval Academy. Kaethe and I could always find some "trouble" to get into and our kids grew up together when they were in the Country. My condolences to Robley, Alison and Alecia and his second family. He was a wonderful man and friend and a most handsome Naval Officer! Bettie Whipple and family, Karen, Kim and Erik

To all the Blandford family, it was a honor to have a brief time with each of you and I greatly respect your parents. They continue to live in each of you.
