Harry hired me as a Technical Service Enginer when I graduated from the Citadel in 1962 and I worked for him until I went into the US Army in 1963. He was a great mentor. The thing I remember the most about him was the great pleasure he received from working on a TR-3 which at that time he was racing.

Harry was my first boss at Westvaco. I worked with him from March of 1974 until he retired. He was a great friend and mentor. He helped me start a successful career in the paper industry. Those who knew him were enriched by his presence in their lives.
I offer my sincere condolences to his family.
