Hazel was an angel on this earth. Her cooking was some of the best home cooking. Her biscuits and gravy was our favorite. The first time I ever had pecan pie as when she made it us. When our daughter was in Florida during hurricane Charlie, she was 13 years old and go to the Food truck that showed up daily, she called me to tell me that the food was good, but their biscuits and gravy were NOT as good as Aunt Hazel's. Lady you will be missed!

Our time was short in the hrs of friendship Hazel, but I think we went heart to heart enough to know that both of us loved our friends and our Lord and family with all our might. You now have all the answers and I await the coming of that day. May Heaven be all that you imagined and read about through the Word and the living WORD hold you in HIS arms.

Oh Hazel!!! I have great memories with you! Thank you for those. While we went years without contact, I was happy to reconnect with you recently and have my final goodbyes. You were such a great friend to many....including one close to me....and I will always remember you with those great memories in mind. Thank you Hazel!! Rest In Peace.

My most memorable na loving memories of Hazel shall remain the days she spent as a "humble obedient servant" in HIS harvest fields of CESA. Hazel spent many a day walking the muddy or dusty pathways of the African bush country sharing na teaching HIS Gospel of love and salvation to all. One of thee earliest trips in 2000 in Kilifi -town, Kenya (just one of 6 mission endeavors she participated in), I shall never forget just how well she blended in with the local women villagers. She sat under a Boabob tree teaching na answering questions from those dadas (sisters in Christ) , all the while.....shelling peas. Hazel was a true witness for our Lord as a "following believer". I be wondering if our Lord hast not provided an okra patch outside the door of her mansion? Enjoy my beloved Hazel.. ye have earned it as ye have run thee race to thee end. Luke 9 :23
