I am shocked and saddened by Gloria 's passing. We were high school friends. She followed me and became a student at. Saint College in Raleigh, NC. My husband Ben and I visited her during our mourning period of my brother Gilbert, in 2009. I can picture Gloria in this beautiful prom, red dress., that my mother made for her. She was simply beautiful. I just googled Gloria. Then I learned of the sad news.my husband and I are praying for her entre family.

Our deepest condolences to the Campbell family. We are so very sorry for your loss. Gloria will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. We shared many special times together she was the coordinator of my wedding and a dear friend to my mother. Thank you for many years of love. May she rest in heavenly peace.

Our LIFETIME FRIENDSHIP began when we were kindergarten age,I at Avery you at IC. We would meet regularly on your playground, the front steps of your home on President St. :>}. I later joined you at IC in 2nd grade. After 3rd grade my family moved from Charleston & we lost touch.
As Fate would have it our paths crossed at age 21 on our first job after college graduation, 1958. We never let go from that day. So many sheared experiences, love,, laughs through thick & thin.
Rest in peace my life long friend. Expect to see you at the gate when Peter enters me.
Nieces & nephews, blood & love, you served her well.
