To my father Warren, and my sister Lisa:

How lucky have we been to have this extraordinary woman in our lives?!. No one could have asked for a better mother/grandmother. I am so grateful that I was able to move down here and be a part of her life. We will miss her greatly, but she will always hold a place in our hearts. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family.
