Freda was such a cool lady. We Grossmans grew up with her nieces and nephews and always enjoyed being around her when she lived in Greeleyville.

Freda was always one of my favorite people! What a joyful spirit! She and my mother (Elizabeth Isaac Marcil) grew up together and Freda was Momma's best friend as well as a cousin. Momma used to tell the best stories about their childhood antics together and how much she loved Freda. We did, too! Rest in peace, precious Freda. I'll always smile when I think of you.

Freda took this young girl (19) under her wing when I began working for the Corps of Engineers. She processed new employees and made all feel welcome. We became friends and I will always remember her smile, laugh, and great sense of humor. The obituary was beautiful and described her to a "T". My sincere condolences to the family on the loss of this "one of a kind" woman.

So sorry to hear about the death of Aunt Freda. She was a very special person and definitely kept you on your toes. I appreciated the fact that whenever we would visit during our college days, she always made me feel like one of the family. My prayers and thoughts are with your family.

Sincere condolences to the family. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure in your heart and it lives forever. May the wonderful treasures fill your hearts with love and bring you peace, Hosea 13:14.
