Frank and Marcia Silvestro TULSA, OK - Marcia Servis Silvestro, age 75, was born on February 13th, 1945 in Albany, New York to John and Mary Servis. She died one day after her husband on November 29th, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After 39 years of marriage, they could not live without each other. Growing up in Lake Placid, New York, Marcia had a love of figure skating and became an instructor. After graduating from Georgetown University with a Master's in French, she became a Catholic school teacher, eventually retiring after 25+ years. She too was a devout Catholic that enjoyed attending mass, teaching her faith, and praying for others. Her friends and family would describe her as intelligent, humble, and kind. Many friends, family, and students benefited from her warm heart and virtuous example. Frank Silvestro, age 76, died on November 28th, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on June 8th, 1944 in Washington, D.C. to Joseph and Eileen Silvestro. He married Marcia Servis on August 8th, 1981 in Crofton, Maryland. Frank graduated from the University of Maryland with a MBA and then became a CPA. He retired as a Chief Financial Officer in 2008 after 35+ years in accounting and finance. He was a proud Army officer and served in Vietnam. Frank enjoyed carpentry, home improvements, University of Maryland sports, and sailing. He was a devout Catholic who faithfully attended church, volunteered, read scripture, and prayed the rosary. As a man of integrity, principle, and discipline, Frank was a devoted parent who worked hard to lead by this example for his family. They are survived by their three children, John Silvestro of San Antonio, Texas, Suzanne Stevenson (Robbie) of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Mark Silvestro of Nashville, Tennessee. They are also survived by Frank's sister, Rose Fullerton (Bob) and brother, Joe Silvestro (Karen). Their five grandchildren are Ryan, Matthew, Jacob, Joshua, and Madeline. The Rosary will be prayed on Friday evening 6PM at the Church of St. Mary. A Funeral Mass to celebrate their life will be held 10AM Saturday, December 5th at the Church of St. Mary in Tulsa, Oklahoma with interment following at Calvary Cemetery.
