Frank Bright Obituary

Frank Michael Bright N. CHARLESTON - Frank Michael Bright, 70, of North Charleston, SC died Friday, April 20, 2012, at Life Care Center of Charleston. Born October 23, 1941 in Oneonta, AL he was the son of Carlos Bright and Virginia Myrtle Hunt Blackmon. Mr. Bright was a US Navy veteran. He was a former employee of Jones Ford Auto Dealership and a member of New Covenant Church of God. Mr. Bright is survived by his sons, Kenneth T. Bright of Charlotte, NC and Michael Bright and his wife Judy of Swainsboro, GA; grandchildren: Tyler Bright and Lyle Bright both of Pueblo, CO, Hannah Bright and Elijah Bright both of Charlotte, NC; sister-in-law, Brenda Elders of Charleston, SC; and one special niece, Lynn Whipple and her husband Greg and their daughter, Lauren Whipple all of Charleston, SC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Elders Bright; brother-in-law, Willie Elders; and grandson, Ryan Bright. The memorial service will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Monday, April 23, 2012 at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Covenant Church of God, 2801 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC 29418.
