FRITHSEN, Eugene Died on the February 18, 2006, Eugene Leslie Frithsen, husband of Colleen Bamford Frithsen. Residence, Rockport, Massachusetts. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Leslie Frithsen are invited to attend the funeral services of the former, Saturday, February 25, 2006 at ten-thirty o'clock at the graveside in Beech Grove Cemetery, Rockport, MA. A reception will follow at Spiran Hall, Corner of Broadway and School Street, Rockport, MA. Mr. Frithsen was born November 20, 1928 in Rockport, MA, the son of Arthur Charles Frithsen and Margaret Tarr Frithsen. He served in the U.S. Army from 12-12-1950 to 11-18-1952. He retired as a U.S. Postal Service Supervisor and was a member of Rockport Golf Club and the American Legion Post #0098. He is survived by his wife of Rockport, MA; two sons: Craig Bamford Frithsen and his wife Jenny of Steamboat Springs, CO and Dr. Ivar Leslie Frithsen and his wife Emily of Charleston, SC; two brothers: John Frithsen and his wife Phyllis of Bonita Springs, FL and Carl R. Frithsen of Rockport, MA; one sister Marguerite Brown and her husband Myron of Rockport, MA; two grandchildren: Ruby K. Frithsen of Charleston, SC and Connor B. Frithsen of Steamboat Springs, CO.
