Emmy Lou Anderson CHARLESTON - Emmy Lou Anderson, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Peter Reuben Anderson, entered into eternal rest Monday, October 27, 2025. Emmy Lou was born October 20, 1931, in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Harold L. Garwig and the late Ethel Martin Garwig. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy Anderson of Charlotte, NC, grandson, Noah Anderson Gminski (Madi Hinson), and great-grandson, Asher. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 31, 2025, at First (Scots) Presbyterian Church, 53 Meeting Street, Charleston, South Carolina. The family will family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to First (Scots) Presbyterian Church in Emmy Lou's honor.
