i'm wondering if this is mrs mabry who was my first grade teacher at st andrews elementary school back in the fifties. if so, my condolences to her family and i want you to know she was a wonderful teacher, so much so that i remember her very well some fifty five years later, her kindness and her ability to bring out the best from her students in a classroom full of small children many of whom were away from their homes and mothers for the first time.
if i am mistaken and she was not my teacher, i did note that she was a teacher and to her family, i thank them for her dedication to her students as well.
