Elouise "Mae" Frazier JAMES ISLAND - The relatives and friends of Mrs. Elouise "Mae" Frazier, 103, will celebrate her life on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 12 noon in St. James Presbyterian Church USA, 1314 Secessionville Rd., James Island, SC. Interment will follow in the churchyard Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Sunday from 3-5 PM. Mrs. Fraizer is survived by her children, James Frazier, Alice Hood and Doris Nesbitt; nieces, nephews and host of other relatives.
