Our family is blessed to be a part of Elizabeth's "family of friends", which extends farther than you can imagine. The love and admiration of the Andersons was evident at the unbelievably huge crowd at both the Sunday night visitation and the Memorial Service at First Scots. I hope all of you felt the LOVE of each and every one of these folks, who care deeply about the Tom Anderson family and share your sadness over Elizabeth's passing. The Memorial Service was so beautiful and it truly captured what Elizabeth had planned and hoped for. The music and messages were perfect, and we all will remember it for many years to come.
You remain in my prayers for strength in these upcoming weeks, as no one can fill the huge void in your family's life. What a blessing Elizabeth was .... to us all! She will live in our hearts forever.

Mr. And Mrs. Anderson and Thomas,

I am so very sorry to hear of sweet Elizabeth's passing. I have so many fond memories of staying with Thomas and Elizabeth when they were young. I was fortunate to run into Mr. Anderson and Elizabeth at the last MUSC Night of Stars concert. I know she didn't remember me from all those years ago. But I never forgot her! She was the sweetest child! My heart hurts so much for you all. Godspeed Elizabeth.

Ann, I am so sorry to hear about Elizabeth. Although I'd only met her once I always heard such wonderful things about her and you were her biggest fan. Mama was so sorry to hear this news as she thinks of you often. Little did we all realize at lunch how your life would change that same day. I'm so glad I got to see you and hear more about your sweet child. I'll be thinking of all of you. Love and many hugs. Anne

As Maggie said to me - upon hearing of Elizabeth's passing - "No one lived with more joy and courage than Elizabeth."

She taught us all to remember our many blessings. I salute you, Elizabeth. You will live on as an example to all of us. Thank you for your joyful and indomitable spirit.
