Janie was born July 4, 1930 in Birmingham, Alabama, daughter of the late Henry Naff and Gladys Jolly Naff. Her additional volunteer work included the SPCA, Roper Hospital, and working with students in her daughter's first grade classroom for 20 years. Janie was also a member of the Country Club of Charleston for almost 6 decades. She enjoyed playing golf and bridge with her many friends. She was an avid gardener who really loved spending time outside each day. Janie was also an amazing cook and baker. She loved having family dinners and celebrations where she could share her talents with others. Janie was truly an amazing human being, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
