During this time, she also became a Tupperware dealer, placing in the top twelve in the distributorship for several years. She grew up in Midland Park and was a charter member of Midland Park Baptist Church. Her parents helped establish the church and gave the first piece of property where the church was built. She was an active member and served as church clerk, worked in Vacation Bible School, and Women's Missionary Union . After moving to Yonges Island, she became an active member of the First Baptist Church of Ravenel, where she taught the Young Adult Sunday School Class for several years, served as church clerk, treasurer, finance committee member, choir member, and Women's Missionary Union. Her favorite was Vacation Bible School, where she taught students, served in the kitchen, and decorated the fellowship hall with the VBS theme. Her hobbies were various kinds of crafts, needlework, such as embroidering, crocheting, and cross-stitching. She crocheted tablecloths, bedspreads, afghans, and baby afghans for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She gave afghans and baby afghans to many of her friends and family. My heart is sad for the loss of a dear sweet Christian lady. Louise touched my heat at First Baptist church in many ways. She had a kind heart. She showed others God's love. She was loved by many. She will have a place in my heart.

Words cannot express the sadness I feel for a wonderful, caring and kindhearted woman.
I´ll always have a special place in my heart and will always remember the lengthy conversations and laughter while she was getting her haircut. I will miss your smiling face that always brought one to mine.
